Helmsley Town Council is the Sole Trustee of Helmsley Recreational Charity. It is an amalgamation of the John Atkinson Memorial Trust and the Feversham Memorial. Helmsley Town Council is sole trustee.

The Charity has leased all of its facilities except the car park.

Meetings

Helmsley Town Council acting as Sole Trustee intends to hold up to four meetings a year. They are usually held in the Committee Room at the North York Moors National Park Authority office on Bondgate, Helmsley. All are welcome. They're usually held on a Monday evening before or after a Helmsley Town Council meeting.

Insurance
Insurance for Helmsley Recreation Charity, Charity No: 523358 is with Zurich. The only property the Charity insures is the Car Park, the rest is the responsibility of the tenants.
