Agendas & Minutes

The quickest and easiest way to find agendas and minutes for a particular meeting is to view our Council Meetings Calendar (the box on the left of the home page). You will find all the papers associated with each meeting linked to the calendar entry. Agendas are published 3 'clear' days before a meeting, usually on a Tuesday afternoon. Many of the meeting documents will be added before that, as they are completed.

All of our documents are stored in our document management system (DMS) where you can also view our agendas and minutes and other documents. You can set the filter to select documents of interest or choose by tag, date order etc.

Helmsley Town Council's minutes from the set up arrangements in 1894 and the first meeting in 1895 to 2009 are available to read at North Yorkshire Council County Record Office. They are on loan from the council and were scanned by the Record Office. The files are below or in Documents under Minutes - historic scanned.
