Both the North York Moors National Park Authority and North Yorkshire Council are the Planning Authorities for Helmsley and all planning and tree enquiries should be directed to them - Helmsley Town Council is consulted by them once an application is official.
Helmsley Town Hall is owned and run by a charity, not by the town council. The Hall can be booked online, not by phone, and the town council does not pass on booking requests.
Free Wi-Fi in Helmsley town centre for residents and visitors. Connect to WiFi4EU.
